client was angry with Xcel Energy and threw away their rejection letter of the rebate.  We have reached out to Xcel Energy and to CenterPoint in attempts to assist the client-phone numbers and persons at each entity are listed in the letter.  At this point it is out of our control since both companies stated- it was past the time frame their rebates were offered, out hands are tied as WE were not the entity offering the rebate.  I hope this is sufficient as a response, with attachments.Sincerely,Jill [redacted]Operations DirectorApplied Energy Innovations
