*** bought some office furniture from us a couple years ago and has somehow damaged two wood lateral files each twice They have been replaced twice with new product on warranty with no labor charges I'm not sure why he registered a complaint rather than call me

I am rejecting this response because: His repair person said he ordered the wrong partA month later I talk to *** and ask where the part was, he said he was "working on it." His repair people have said they have had many similar problem with this piece of furniture. I am most disappointed at his response as he is not telling the truth

I am rejecting this response because: His repair  person said he ordered the wrong part. A month later I talk to [redacted] and ask where the part was, he said he was "working on it." His repair people have said they have had many similar problem with this piece of furniture.  I am most disappointed at his response as he is not telling the truth.
