Am a television director/editor/producerHave use Applied magic gear in various churchesAll goodHad a problem with one unit, was offered a new unit for a good price with a $dollar rebate to be applied to my credit card when old dead unit was returnedAll completed in November Now is April with a lot of broken promises and still no reimbursementThey are obviously having large money issues, and have no problem stringing you along to keep yours Run far, run fastThese people suckToo bad the gear is pretty good

Now is April 2014 with a lot of broken promises and still no reimbursement. They are obviously having large money issues, and have no problem stringing you along to keep yours.
Run far, run fast. These people suck. Too bad the gear is pretty good.
I purchased a unit, I too am having trouble with the unit...it keeps crashing!
I tried to reformat the hard drive and for awhile that worked, but it's doing it again and now I don't know what to do. I tried numerous times calling the company based upon their website and contact information. The contact person Craig Moffet sales person NEVER returned my phone calls, but they have him listed as the contact person.
It's an insult to customers who put their faith in a company that does not follow through! BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
Yes it's a great product, BUT the customer service SUCKS!
They REALLY need to take the site down if they are NO LONGER in operation!
