Applied Magnets Reviews (%countItem)

fraud advertised advertise 100% Customer Satisfaction. They make big packaging mistakes on there end. they refuse to fix the problem.
on may 2, 2020 I purchase many items on there site included masks, small magnets, detectors and 2 large magnets. when I get the package I cannot separated 2 large magnets, because the spacer they put between 2 large magnets is tiny plastic. I am tired to write them back and fort but they refuse to do anything about there mistakes. I show them picture, but they refuse to do anything about it. if they during packiging put a wood or seek styrofoam betweeen large wagnets I will have no problems to pull them appart but they put a wrong skiny plastic that is not working for this size of magnets. they make a mistake and they refuse to do anything about it. Advertisement is nothing but scam-Simple and Easy - 100% Customer Satisfaction. Fraud advertising, poor castomer servise, ignorance and unprofessional. they did not know how to handle a large magnets

Desired Outcome

i like to get a postage from them so i can return product and i like to have a full refund including shipping. Why i waste my money, time and stess because someone is pack 2 magnets wrong in careless and unprofessional way. You make mistake pay for it.

The customer did not know how to handle the magnets and let 2 come together and could not get them apart. She then asked for us to pay the return shipment which we do not if there was no mistake in what we sent. Customer was advised that she could return them and there would be a 20% re-stock fee.

Magnets purchased do not match the advertised pull force.

Pull Force is the amount of force required to separate 2 of the same size magnets from each other.

Actual pull force of cylinder/disc magnets may vary depending on different applications due to the small contact surface, please test them before usage

Rule of thumb is that the magnet will hold approx. 1/3 the weight of the stated pull force. So...If pull force stated is 90 lbs...the magnet will hold approx. 30 lbs in weight hanging from it.

Also..If you are trying to stick the magnet to stainless steel...the better the quality of the stainless steel...the less the magnet will stick.

In this case we do not know how the customer got his measurements or what was his application.
We do not pay for return shipping and a 15% re-stock fee for returns is clearly stated on our website's Information/Returns page.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They need to change their blog on the web and add the explanation they gave to the Revdex.com to their sales information. Other Magnet sales companies give you the information about their procedure for determining the lift of the magnets. We tested the magnets by placing them on a flat machined surface that was at least 100 lbs in weight and pull it away with a lift scale. We have not testing of pulling one magnet from another magnet, but we plan to do that test.
