Our small business wanted to cancel service by the XM subscription date but apparently since I didn't get emails in time they renewed automatically charging for the entire year $When I called to cancel I was treated extremely rude & told no refundsTo go online & remove CC info but I still would not be refunded a dimeWhen I told him I would dispute the charges he said we will win we always winI asked to speak to a CS mgr & he said you're talking to him! I will dump these XM ***'s next year! *** is the best company ever
Poor customer service. Beware of blatantly false and misleading answers about the hidden costs of their products and services. I've been a customer for a long time, and I'm saddened by the steep decline in basic transparency and service.
Before paying for a new player and 10-minutes of custom recording time, I asked the AMTC sales representative if I would ever need a subscription (since I prefer to pay the company for custom recordings). I was told I would not ever need a subscription. That's not true. Even though I already paid for the custom recording, I was not able to download the new messages to my previously purchased player without an additional subscription renewal fee. And I will have the same problem with the new player I just purchased as soon as my one-year free subscription with purchase runs out.
If AMTC had only been straightforward with me, I could have made an informed decision. I'm very disappointed.
