I hired APS to locate where two downspout drains discharge to, and where a sewer WYE is locatedThey came out and couldn't get into the first downspout drain past the first elbow with their camera, and failed to bring the other options (ie sondes)that they list on their site, which is why I went with them in the first place! They got into the 2nd downspout drain 15' and said it was blocked, but do not carry a snake (auger)! I find it interesting that this "clogged" drain has never backed up, even with the recent record rains! They then (supposedly) located the sewer WYE and marked itI paid to have my patio all torn up only to find the sewer is not where they said it was! I wrote to the owner, but received no responseI decided to call them after they cashed my check and the supervisor said he thought about not cashing the check and called and left me a message about it, which was a lie! I had no message, and why would I not call them back about that?! He then said he could come out
