money from her husband, who is in the military and gets paid on the first and 15th of each monthThe delivery was done and she proceed to call the store to miss her payment, the credit card she was using got declined for non suficient funds, she tell me she was going to call me back with a different one but that never happenDays later she made the paymentthe acct was Already late and the item was at her house with no money downMiss *** fail in her word to call back to us for the first paymentWhen her second payment came due it tool her days to make that paymentSince day customer been late on her paymentAlso customer stated in her complaint the she got Days grace period, well I would like to inform that information is wrongIn our contract on paragraph #stated the following information:"You will be assessed a late fee if you are more than seven days late on a Monthly payment or more than Days late on a weekly paymentOur contracts Dont said anything about grace period, this term for the company to change a late feeIs give the information to the customer is the acct is set monthly or weeklyMiss *** ease read that part in our contract wrongThe are not a grace period we encourage our customer to make payments on time on the due dateMiss *** provide wrong information to Revdex.com.Also I, *** ***, would like to inform to Revdex.com, we do not invold police in one matter this was out of line from Miss ***.Also my employes *** is been with Buddy for more that yrs And his reputation is very highly in this company.We are not here to scam our customer or say person, we follow the program and the Rental Purchase Agreement.Thanks*** *** G.M
