Here are the photos that my guy sent to me on March 16, @ 7:11pm as you can see in the screen shot that is on my phoneHe sent me these that day to tell me that the flashing that we did years ago is still ok Again we did caulk a shingle that was near this that could of been the problemAnd again we did not charge her.SO this is proof that we did go there that day and she still insist we didn’tMy guy even knocked on the door (which is a standard practice for us when we show up to the job) and nobody answeredThen we climbed up there to check it out.ThanksNick

I would like to see the photos that were taken I find it very hard that I was home all day with a sick kid and the company claims someone came to my house and I was not home I am done with this company sorry I ever used them

Nick said he has spoken with the customer about this issue. In 2013, the business re-flashed the chimney only and the warranty on that is still in effect. Customer called when a leak began after a big storm.  He did send someone to check on the roof condition on 3/16/17 and the tech sent...

pics from the visit to Nick. Tech found chimney flashing intact and in good condition. Tech found an area of the nearby ridge cap torn/cracked and sealed it with caulk as a courtesy for no charge for that service or the visit. Customer does not believe business visited but business has pictures to verify he did. Business has not returned customer's call because he has done all he can do. Nick suggested customer contact their insurance company, or set up an appointment for roof repair. No refund available.
