The Appointment Setter did NOT fulfill their agreement of 4 week appointment setting. She recommended [redacted]Spoke to [redacted] in June 2016 Vendor ([redacted] The Appointment Setter: [redacted] Dr. [redacted] NC XXXXX[redacted] agreed with [redacted] on 4 week campaign, calling 4 days per week at a cost of $800.00. [redacted] said her success rate was about 7-8 firm appts for [redacted] per week. June 16, 2015 signed agreement, mailed check and faxed to The Appointment Setters [redacted] sent customer lists to [redacted] to start calling for appointments [redacted] started calling July 11, 2016 [redacted] sent email on July 15th at 1:38pm that a family member is in [redacted] and she has suspended calling on behalf of [redacted] sent email on July 29th that she had a death in the family and would not be calling on behalf of [redacted] to make appointments. [redacted] sent email and called [redacted] July 29th asking her to update her progress. [redacted] would not return emails or calls[redacted] called many more times and got no responseAug 31, 2016 received an email from [redacted] VP of [redacted] and said [redacted] had a stroke? Client was asked to provide a quality list for us to call from, after providing a profusely outdated list. Client refused to provide a clean, updated list so the results were not what she expected. All work was done and the campaign paid for was FULLY completed by our company as agreed. All documents are on file and can be viewed upon request. Consumer Response The Appointment Setter got MANY good list and did not communicate that she was having any difficulties. She could have switched back and forth from list to list. She did not communicate with me, even after many attempts by emails and phone calls. She has not provided a list of calls of who she spoke too. She did not provide any proof. I would like to see it.She should refund $600.00 for work not completed.I hired a new appointment setter with the same lists and they are getting me 9-10 appointments per week.[redacted] Final Business Response The Appointment Setters has communicated with Ms. [redacted] on several occasions regarding her list. I personally worked her account and I have provided her with the list of calls, the date the calls were made, and who I spoke with. This information was provided to Ms. [redacted] on Tuesday 9/20/16. She has all proof of all work done. I have handled this situation. Please see attached proof of work provided. This will be my last and final response on this matter.
