I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
When I called I repeatedly told the staff I could not accept calls at work, I had a few minutes at my lunch that the manager Lee was never available, I asked to be called after which I never was, I did receive a call from a Marc, I did not pick up as I said I was at work and could not as my phones records would showI do find it disgusting he comes to his conclusion about me when he never even spoke to meI have better things to do than make up scenario's about Apollo heatingMore sad is that I was ready to have my hot water tank replaced by them AND renew my contractNot happening nowAnd years to me is to long, karmaI have read worse reviews than mine about this companyTo lie about the whole incident when he never spoke to me proves to me just what kind of company and person he and this company are I have my money back, which I deserve and hope they get what they deserve.

Please be advised that we will gladly refund the complainant's money, which was never an issue to begin withI personally will make sure that it is processed on an ASAP basisAdditionally the 1st I heard of her concerns was at the end of the day yesterday (11/16/16), when our customer service
staff advised me of their dealings with this customer, and told me that she wanted to speak to meThey told me that she was very rude and irrational in her requests, and would not allow them to truly help with her concernsI did receive her voicemail and made a return call this morning (11/17/16)She did not answer the phone, therefore I left a voicemail message asking her to call meHowever, I can emphatically tell you that she was never treated or spoken to in the manner that she noted in her complaintHowever due to the nature of our business, we did have to work through scheduling issues with her to make sure that we got to her home at a time that would work best for her, while making sure that we were taking care of our other customers that were having more dire issues with their heating systemsWe do everything in our power to minimize the number of calls that are rescheduled that may cause inconveniences for our customersIn closing, we have been in business for over years and enjoy a good reputation in the communities we serveWe did not get there by treating any of our customers in that mannerAs said above, we will promptly return her money.
