I have been going to these doctors for over years Upon going in for their extended hours I was told that I had not been seen in the past years and would be treated as a "new patient" and unable to get any service during the Extended Hours (M-F 5PM - 9PM) This was despite knowing that I had been seen by this practice within those last years A call to my insurance company provided proof that I was indeed there last years ago The lady at the counter was unable to use any of the information provided by the insurance company and sent me away without receiving any medical treatment
My entire family have been patients at this doctors office and have always gotten good care. My concern has always been with billing. I have received bills, paid them, only to receive a second bill for the exact same services a month later. Upon calling the office I will either find that they have credited the wrong account or have had to bill the insurance company again for services from the same visit and they are billing the remainder (which there is not an EOB from the insurance company to correspond with this new bill.)
