He refused to look at or hear any upgrades to our home. He was here for 30 minutes. He compared our home to homes with less square footage and upgrades. Our home was valued at 516,000 2 years prior and prior to updates. He valued our home at 450,00. He’s arrogant, and obviously has no idea to what he’s doing. He refuses to call me back or answer emails. I submitted our previous appraisals and he still has not responded. Completely unprofessional.
