On Nov. 12, 2019 I placed a request for appraisal of a vehicle, submitting all required information through the company's web portal and appraisal request form at www.appraisalontario.com
The advertised service states "10 day turnaround" and "12 day delivery option" by regular mail.
I also paid the required fee, incl. HST, of 111.87 $ CDN by *** card.
I have not received any further communication from this company, despite following up by e-mail and leaving several phone messages, including requests to please call me back.
