I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
Sent: Wednesday, November 18, 2015 2:14 PM Subject: Re: closed complaint without notification?Hello.Remaining issues are that none of my issues were dealt with.  Their returns policy assumes that I'll PAY them and the shipping as well, to return items they never should have sent out in the first place due to being defective and/or simply inferior.  They couldn't handle customer service.  Their listed prices are fraudulent.  Their items are factory-seconds or _worse_ - complete discards - and not stated as such.  And they have a return policy that basically allows them to keep the profit, no matter what they're doing.  No, I'm not satisfied, and no, it hasn't been resolved. Thanks,Rachael Painton
