He then called and berated and cursed into our answering service, stating he did not want the unit. We could not understand what his... issue was. He called back the next day and stated he did not want the unit, then stated he did want the unit. At first he stated he could not access his unit, even when we gave him several access codes to use. OFFER: We will issue the customer a refund of $60, which is the amount he paid for 1 month of rental. I'm not sure where you get your information from, but it is mostly false. I was perfectly clear that I could not access the unit from the beginning. I never once stated that I did want to keep the unit. I was never given another access code, and I would love to see proof that you gave me one, but I guarantee you can't prove a lie.
