It appears a borrower is not happy with the appraisal that I preformed on their propertyThis appraisal was preformed for the lender/client, which was not the homeownerI was not engaged by the homeowner to preform this service and they are not my clientI am very familiar with this market area
and this report has been reviewed again by appraiser and is considered to be a good report using market data from subjects marketAppraiser was not paid to preform the appraisal by the homeowner and is not a liberty to provide a "refund" to homeownerIt would seem that homeowner my want to address their concerns with whomever they are working with and charged them to have this service preformed
