Mr [redacted] , I have read your complaint about your purchase and as I read it I can feel your frustration At the same time, there are many statements in your complaint that I have issues with I have owned and operated this dealership for over years and every once in a while a customer has issues with their purchase or has buyers remorse, it is the nature of selling "pre-owned" products These issues are no ones fault, they are mechanical issues that can always be resolved As we have grown our business over the years we have served thousands of customers in our community and surrounding states In fact, our customers have voted us "TOP Dealer" years in a row by Albuquerque the magazine What this tells me and our customers is that we have a good reputation and deliver a good product That being said I understand that we sell "pre-owned" vehicles and just like new vehicles problems due arise After your purchase a problem did arise and we explained to you that we would correct it for you, unlike if you would have made a purchase from an individual, which is why I assume you went to a reputable dealer like us Since I have not spoken to you directly, I have only heard one side of the story ( our side ) and that side is quite different from your complaint I would be more than happy to speak with you directly if you wish You can contact me at the store [redacted] or my mobile [redacted] Sincerely,Walter R [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]I received my car back on 6/22/from having it repaired with the evap canister being replaced and days later 6/25/the check engine came on again and has the same code for evap systemThis is the 5th time that I have taken my car to be repaired with the same codeI have been told that they would take it to the manufacture for the repair and that has not taken placeIt is extremely frustrating taking my car roughly every weds on my day off for the repair and get it back with the same issueI have tried to be patient and appreciate that they have tried to fix it but we are not getting anywhereAfter repair attempts having the purge solenoid replaced, purge valve replaced twice, the evap canister repaired and time having the car there and being looked at for spider webs near the gas tank that I was told that can cause the check engine light to come onI would like to return the car and get a refund please

Mr [redacted] , I have spoken with our service manager and this is what I have found out The last time your vehicle came in there was no check engine light on and the issue you were having was the following...during your fueling process you could not add fuel continuously with out the pump stopping It is also my understanding now that the vehicle has been repaired the problem has been fixed and you can now add fuel continuously As per the check engine light coming back on a few days later we have not had the opportunity to scan your vehicle to help identify why the light has come on In some instances after fueling, a gas cap not being tighten properly can trigger a check engine light I understand nobody wants to spend their day off taking a vehicle to get serviced, if there is any other time you can bring it in or maybe even possibly trying to get it picked up while you are at work we would be happy to help

Since my last response, we have contacted the manufacturers dealer and have received the part required to repair your concern. It is my understanding that now we are just trying to get your vehicle in for the service required

Mr***,After my last response I did mention if you had any concerns you could call me directly on my mobile or the office number and I haven't heard from you As far as the internet goes, craigslist and other third parties, our inventories stay posted for some time even after they have been sold Our inventories go all over the internet and sometimes we cant control As far as our own website, we can control but we dont update often as marketing strategy Regardless of whether or not the vehicle is sold it remains on our website for some time On a side note, I was told that your down payment check that your wrote us, did BOUNCE Regards,Walter R***, owner*** mobile*** office

We thank you for your patience in this matter and as you have stated we have been trying to resolve your issue with the check engine light coming back on When the vehicle came in the first time we replaced the part associated with the code from your vehicles computer The second time it
came in you had told us your vehicle was having another issue and we also ordered a part from Advanced Auto parts (after market as you say such as Napa, Autozone or Orielys which are common parts) We then decided maybe a manufacture part would solve the issue and replaced it Since then the light came back on and we have asked you to bring the vehicle back in so we can take it directly to the manufactures dealership and have them look at it and you have agreed to do that At this time we are still waiting for your appointment Unfortunately, sometimes in these older vehicles it requires tools and parts that only the manufactures dealer can assist with therefore to correct your issue we have chosen this route It is our understanding that the vehicle still operates safely and the issue is only when you are fueling up We believe the manufactures dealer will correct your issue and keep your check engine light off

I am rejecting this response because: I won a "NO RESERVE" auction on [redacted].  When I called to pay for the bike they asked me what my winning bid was.  When I told them they said they "weren't going to take a $4000 loss."  I asked how I could make the entire payment and was told that they would get back to me.  They never did.  I left numerous emails and phone messages.  This is all documented.  I have made every effort to pay for this bike however they refuse to sell it to me unless I pay an extra $4000 on top of my winning bid.  They don't even have the courtesy to return my calls or emails.

This person never purchased anything from us, he is not one of our customers.  If he had purchased, it would have been paid in full within 3 days per [redacted] listing and as per our terms and condition under "general...

terms''..."All of the vehicles we list on [redacted] are for sale locally.  We reserve the right to end an auction early.  All vehicles immediately ready for delivery upon sale. Deposit: We require a $500 deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction.no deposit was ever made within 48 hours.
