Thank you for your quick response to my pool heater issue. Hayward contacted me yesterday morning via email and had a service representative here this morning Friday 10/16/2015 to correct the...
problem with my gas heater. They were able to change the nozzles on the replacement heater to work on propane. Although I will be unable to run the heater until next spring, I am satisfied with the repair work on the heater. Hayward has also issued an extended warranty for 2 years. I wish to thank you again for your speedy response in contacting Hayward Pools, I am amazed at how quick they responded and made corrective actions. I guess I should have contacted your department months ago.[redacted]
