This company did not call or show up to the scheduled cleaning appointment. When I called, the rep's phone was disconnected. The rep called two days later to reschedule, claiming her phone was off and her car was being serviced. She offered to reschedule. Too little, too late. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I have gone with a competitor.
