ApprovalGUARD prides itself on providing world class service where our member survey response scores consistently exceed 90% satisfaction. Unfortunately, the details related to this members situation involved compound conditions.
The case description indicates that ApprovalGUARD offered the member a $100 gift card. This member was actually mailed a written invitation, from his mortgage lender and investor, not ApprovalGUARD, offering him 12 months of the ApprovalGUARD Service, at no cost to him. The member enrolled with ApprovalGUARD, by phone on January 7th, 2015.
Part of the offer from his mortgage lender, included an option to receive a $100 gift card. To receive the gift card, the member needed to: 1. Register and activate his free benefits with the ApprovalGUARD Services by phone or online. 2. Order his first free credit report from the ApprovalGUARD member website and create an appointment for his first credit advisory meeting. 3. Attend the credit advisory meeting by phone. This member completed these steps on January 15, 2015. The offer letter further indicates that once the qualifications are met, the gift card will be issued "approximately 90 days after you complete your credit advisory meeting." The gift card is issued from a national bank who is a vendor of the mortgage lender and investor.
Due to a non-intention technical problem, the reporting of this gift card was delayed by ApprovalGUARD to the mortgage lender and investor. As a result, the processing of the gift card was delayed. Since bringing this to our attention, we have been in regular contact with the member, their mortgage lender and investor. His gift card was issued on May 8th and should arrive to him within approximately 5 to 7 business days. The member has been contacted and updated on this information and is considering continued use of the ApprovalGUARD Service.
ApprovalGUARD takes a personal interest in every customer and our policy is to make sure our members are extremely satisfied. This matter was near a satisfactory conclusion when the claim was made to the Revdex.com. We are sorry that the gift card processing for this member took about three weeks longer than normal.
