Went to this office to sign some papers and get a list of rentals properties. Signed a contract stating that we had to pay a deposit of $200.00. $50.00 was unrefundable because of their service and the $150.00 was to secure the rental property of our choosing. The guy gave us a list of several properties and we went to check them out and found out that everything he said was a lie they were all old apartments and he stated that they were duplex houses. He did mention a little house that was renting for $850.00 we talked to a tenant living there and he mentioned that it was impossible that the property was renting for that low. I checked on yelp about this business and it's just people scamming people about renting a property at a low prices.
