I have searched our data base and cannot find a customer by the name of *** ***If Mr*** has a contract that we issued and he signed please forward that information to meI would also be interested in seeing a warranty in Mr***'s name if we issued such

contract covered the issue. Its 8 months ago. Is there a new problem? I understand she was not happy with the interaction she had with one of the managers. My apologies but it does seem like the problem was resolved. We do try to make our customers happy when we can. If I am reading this correctly she wants a new car? That will not happen 8 months down the road. If there is some reasonable request for something I will try and accommodate someway.

Review: more than one issue bought 2011 [redacted] friday april 11th and by monday april 13th overheating problems even though the vehicle was still under [redacted] warranty I had to purchase extra care warranty by the time we left friday at 9pm I was already financed with the worst company ever the car had 3800 worth of problems that the warranty paid for car lot paid nothing and would not give me a new car exchange I was not able to drive the car till may 29th, unless I went and rented a car the car was sent to the car repair shop they use not even the name dealership it should had to still having problems the same kind paying more money because I am going to name dealership ([redacted]) also now I have to pay for car tags of 300 because it was not paid for. I even spoke to one of the owners who just did not have the time, he was not willing to work with me even a month into the problem his head manager at the car lot in manteca told my 25 year old daughter to get out of his office very rudley and owner did nothing I have been put in the hospital do to stress of all this and pay for a car that I can not enjoy at all it was the head gasket, block cracked and a number of other things oh and ya we wanted to buy 2 car mine and a tahoe but when I went to pick up the aveo we got there and were told that we had to signe a new contract and have a higher monthly payment and they wanted more money down WOW ! there is more so more to this but that the basic start o the dealing with APPROVED AUTO CENTER IN MANTECA CA AND THE OWNER OF DEALERSHIP !Desired Settlement: when I went to the car lot with the money I saved told them all I was looking for a car I could drive safely for work, simple even would like to go out of town sometimes but safe I am a nurse and sometimes I work from 5:30 am to 11:30 pm I live in stockton and work in lodi and the drive is not safe at all times this was the beginning of a true nightmare it is not safe it I pay 360 and insurance for a car that I can not drive that much it over heat I am truly so nervous a new car nice and works !

Review: I went to the Approved Auto Center in Lodi, and Financed a 2008 [redacted]. I had the car for 21 days, and then the car stalled and overheated we barely made it off of the bridge safely, and began to leak massive amounts of coolant, and water from the entire undercarriage of the car. I had the car tow to my home,115 miles from the bay area. And then towed to the repair shop, Auto Express. Auto Express said, that due to poor maintenance on the six year old car was full of trouble. The freeze plugs were corroded, leaking and destroying the car from the inside out. And a tear down, is $1500. Just to access a few of the many freeze plugs. At no point was I ready to do that. So, the fallowing day I released the Edge to the dealership, and they paid the $60 diagnostics fee. And towed the car back to Lodi, with a few of personal belongings in there. Which I would like back. I then search the vin number, and find two open recalls on the Edge. One is for the coolant system, the other is for the gas tank. The recall states, the gas tank may leak and explode. I am thankful that the car only overheated. It could have been ten time worst. I decided to share the recall information with the finance company first. Rudolph Inc, searched my vin number while I was on the phone and confirmed the recalls on the vehicle. And from that moment on, the finance company wanted out! And so did I. I lost all trust for the dealership. They willingly put me in a dangerous car. And the finance company wanted no part of it. I was told that I could pick another car or from the dealership, and pay another $2500 deposit. Which is crazy, I did nothing wrong. I did not want to spend a dime, at this point I have been car less for five days. No one at no point offered me a rental car! Also the dealership was planning on fixing the car, for me until he acted shocked about the recall parts. By now, the finance company has terminated the finance agreement and will not put the reason why in writing. Refused to put it in writing!!! But according to them the contract is void. And I don't have a car, or my money!! I asked the finance company, no more contract, then no more deposit. I asked the warranty company, no more car, then no more warranty. And then ask the dealership, where is my money? As they all point the finger at each other I am still car less and $2500 less. I paid a portion with my debit card so I requested my bank to ask them for my $700 that I charged to my debit card. And I will keep trying to get answers about the rest of my money.Desired Settlement: They have the car and $1800 of my money. The condition of that car was unsafe. The recall parts, for the coolant system and the fuel tank, alone is dangerous. I need to be made whole.

Review: A car was brought from this company approved auto center, in the summer and they sold this saling this car with a warrants that cost $2000.00 finding out that the warrant does not cover all repair from the warrant sold to us, well have the car is came to find out when weather can around the car has no heater, on a 2002 VW passat. Contract the dealer Manager Mr.[redacted], he told me to call his repair person at a shop they use for there car repair , I did contact them talking to Mr [redacted] give him the warrant policy which took him a month to give me a answer after calling him many time from Oct threw Nov 2014, which came to known the repair was not covered in any way of repairs for the heater in my car. I called Mr. [redacted] and told him that why they did not check there cars when they sale them to the customer , he all there cars are checked, base check is done.When I called his auto repair shop Mr [redacted] explain to me that he had 6 customer with some problem coming from approved auto center, with different complaints. I called the warrant company which are AUL company, they told me that the fixing of the heater is not covered and for myself to deal with dealer who sold warrant that cost 2000.00 that cover nothing.Desired Settlement: the only thing I need done fix the heater unable to see driving on the road threw front glass and fog is hard to see, defrost the windows very danger in trying to drive in the morning when Im disable I have to role down window to view where Im going on the street. When it rain it is hard to view because there fog on the windows
