The customer received the tank he was promisedSorry for any delays

Sorry, don't know what to sayI have supplied documents and made an offer to help out and that has been refused
I have included some of paper work that is part of the deal
The first form is the we owe, this has everything that was promised at
time of the saleOn this form it clearly shows what Approved was to doFirst
on the We Owe stats that Approved was to switch out computer when the new one
was receivedSecond stats that passenger mirror and passenger window are
absent of power please checkNothing else was marked as part of deal
The second form shows how the vehicle was sold and is clearly marked AS
Warranty that means nothing else was promised and not a word was stated about
the clutch or emergency brake cable
Approved at no time installed any type of horse power chip, it is a proven fact
that they are hard on computers and as standard practice they are removed
before any units a put on the lot
All computers have a cover on the back side with a seal where a chip would be
installed and both computers installed by Approved when removed for replacement
had the cover removed and show signs of a plug being pushed into the slot,
Approved had never at any time installed a chip to make the marks or break the
seal we also didn't say anything to *** or make a big deal about it, we
*** installed the 3rd computerEngine runs good at current time
As to the pay off, it is never made until the deal is totally paid for and in
this case *** had pick payments that needed to be paid, he made his final
payment July 21st at that time the deal went into the office for completion,
this process can take a few days’ to completeIt is not Approved Auto Marts
responsibility to know and or enforce any deals that are made between
*** and his previous lender and far as insurance and payment due dates
*** being past due on his current loan before he traded it in was not
Approved Auto Marts responsibility
Approved did put an emergency cable on as good will
Approved will still help out with discounted prices on clutch
parts and labor costs that are not under any type of warranty or part
of the car deal, this will be done under our good will program*** is
still a valued

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:We are going in circles here. I understand the nature of purchasing a used vehicleMy complaint is based on bad faith and being lied toApproved Auto Mart had the Jeep for weeks to repair the transmission before delivery of the vehicleThey said they had repaired it "like new" and "you won't have a problem with it"They even claimed to have taken it to the Jeep dealershipThe jeep left my goddaughter stranded within hoursWe called Approved Auto Mart and they refused to helpI brought up at the time taking it back to the dealership they claimed to have it repaired atWhen they refused it occurred to me they had been lying to usI had the Jeep taken to transmission repair shopThere had been no repairs on the transmission and there had been no replacement installedThe repair shop said it was sold "essentially with no transmission" It had not been worked on in any way or replaced at allThe statements made in this response are a lie and I have proof to back it up.

Hi to Whom it may concern,Elizabeth purchased her new truck on Oct 15, 2016, at that time it wasn’t approved at any bankWe later got it approved and had Elizabeth stop back in for reconstructing on Oct 20, By the time the bank received all the paper work and could process and pay dealership
was November 2, It then the next process stated and that was title work and loan pay offAuthorized payoff sheet signed by Elizabeth had the payoff set for November 16, Our office manager was sick for a few days so the payoff did not get mailed out until November 18, George K***Approved Auto Mart

We are very sorry that *** and *** feel this way.Approved Auto Mart is still willing to fix what we put on the we-owe and thatwas to repair heater door, we will still require the needed time to perform therepairs

Revdex.com:I have decided NOT to participate in Binding Arbitration to resolve my complaint with ID ***I understand that because I have decided to not pursue arbitration that Revdex.com must close my complaintI have decided to pursue legally or via other avenues. Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: Once again Approved Auto Mart is skirting the issue of bad faith and lying to a year old girl that trusted themThey also continue to use derogatory language to divert attentionPurchasing the Jeep back at the original cost is a ploy by them because, as they know, we have spent thousands of dollars repairing what they promised to do up front so the Jeep is worth more at this pointThey held the Jeep for weeks claiming to repair the transmission "like new" with promises of "we want to make sure you don't have any problems with this transmission" The transmission shop stated that they did NOT EVEN OPEN THE TRANSMISSION AND DO ANYTHINGIt was all a lieThe shop said they sold the Jeep "essentially with no transmission" Cory directly and purposely lied and acted in bad faithThe only resolution to this is to pay the $transmission repair bill which I can provide documentation for upon request.

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I have already had the heater fixed by an authorized automotive dealership and with that repair I had them fix the electrical problems including but not limited to the miswiring that their mechanic did will installing and then uninstalling the GPS, the window that they messed up while uninstalling the GPS, the door locks and keyless entry, the reverse lights and the dash screw's replaced that they faile to put back in the dashAll of this that they messed up with their
Installing and uninstalling their GPSThis bill along with everything else has been forwarded to my attorney and to the Colorado automotive licensing dept I would not take my vehicle back to their mechanic on any occasion nor would I trust APPROVED AUTO Mart to do anything to my vehicle let alone leave it with them for any duration of time as they are not trustworthy and ABSOLUTELY 100% UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They only benefit to doing business with them, is it is over and I will never go back or recommend that anybody else go there either.

Response to Better Business Complaint: *** *** On 3/10/*** *** purchased a Chevy *** Van Vin #*** *** ***, the lender, placed a stipulation on the loan requiring a GPS be installed in the unit in order to give an approval of the loan
As shown on the attached copy *** signed all the documents including the GPS authorizationAs you can see, *** was completely aware that the GPS was required by the bank for approval*** got very upset when his request to install the GPS in the wrong unit was denied by usAs far as it damaging the electrical system, if that were the case they would not be installed on all GM products since (***)Banks and Credit Unions have been doing this for many years without any problems to dateI have included a copy of the police report. They were called by our sales staff when *** refused to give us our vehicle and keys back and was creating a scene, making our employees very uncomfortableOnce the police were called *** calmed down and cooperatedWe are very sorry that *** feels this way, however, we don’t create the requirements of the banks for approval, but we do honor what they requireWithout providing the Lender with all documentation required by them they do not have to approve the loan application which, we as the selling dealer, have no control overGeorge K*** General Manager Approved Auto Mart

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The complaint is based on a misrepresentation of the truth by the seller.  After 5 weeks of them having the vehicle saying they were repairing the transmission which included them stating they were rebuilding it like new and that because they were having problems they took it to the Jeep dealership to have it repaired correctly. Their exact words to [redacted] were "We want to make sure you don't have any troubles with this transmission"  I was driving the Jeep only a few days after she took delivery because the first day it broke down on her due to engine problems that was based on shoddy work. I had the engine work done and was bringing the Jeep back to [redacted] when the transmission went out. I called Cory and asked him to have it towed to them which he refused. I also mentioned we could take it to the Jeep dealership since they had fixed it last. He declined this as well. Facing the 2nd large towing bill in 2 days, that is when I realized he had been lying to us. I got the Jeep to [redacted] to have the transmission diagnosed. I have documentation and old parts that prove the this transmission had not been opened or worked on in any way. There were shards of metal  and clutch material all over the inside of it.  I understand the nature of used car purchasing and Approved Auto Mart acted in bad faith by lying to a 20 year old girl trusting them with her first auto purchase on her own.

Please See Attachment  To Whom it may concern, I am very sorry to here that someone had a problem with their Vehicle. We do stride to supply quality vehicles at discounted prices. We do not have huge profits built in our vehicles, however we do offer extended warranties to cover any...

type of break down that might occur. With all the technology we have today it is still next too impossible to determine what could happen to a vehicle. All paper work was signed AS-IS NO Warranty and [redacted] also signed a RED piece of paper that stated she had refused a Extended warranty that was offered. She signed that she understood that she would be responsible for any and all repairs should they occur, it is very hard to help someone that has turned down an Extended Warranty and knew she would be responsible. Transmission, the original transmission had been pulled apart 4 times trying to diagnose the problem of locking into 2 gears when warm. The 4th a crack in the main case was found through the oil passages applying pressure to 2 sets of clutches at once creating the problem. A used transmission was then installed that carried a 30 warranty from the seller. After turning down an Extended Warranty that would have paid for the tow and stating she was responsible for such [redacted] only needed to have the Jeep towed to our shop for repair, once again she chose differently.

I am rejecting this response because: approved auto mart is a dealer they know what to look for.As a customer we trusted you, now being shown by a professional dealer it was there all along this being why we have always had problems since day 1 we bought the truck. The alignment has always been off, never could correct it, doors never sealing right, this is all do to the frame being bent and the front end being welded due to a major accident before we bought the truck. again approved auto mart saying there was nothing wrong. We have a reputable company who has proved they(approved auto mart) bought it from a auction in [redacted] and was pieced back together. Approved auto mart was very aware of this after it was explained and shown to us, it is clear that a auto dealer and their experienced mechanic upon inspection by them before we bought it would have seen the "new" welds on both sides of the frame. The truck was unsafe to sell

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I had contacted the finance company and was told by the finance company to not contact the dealership as they were asking for more money. Which I was told by they finance company that was illegal. I was to wait for a contact from the finance company. Which I never did. The hole in the bed of the truck was due to having to put in a new fuel pump. The miles put on the truck were due to work. We told them they could keep the tires. But they proceeded to keep our mirrors, out trailer brake controller, all of our power cords to our [redacted] radio, and our gps system. They pretty much stole our stuff along with keeping our down payment. This company is known for doing this as I have read many complaints against this company. I will be sending off my complaint to the dealer board tomorrow. All I asked for was what was mine. My mirrors. We have the original mirrors for that truck. I have pictures to show that those mirrors don’t go to that truck. My brake controller that was not in the truck when we got it and all of our power cords and our gooseneck hitch that I have the receipt for. These people are thieves. We put on a new front u joint, a new fuel pump, new front brakes, and new tires. They had told us we could get all of our stuff off the truck and they lied. That is all they do is lie. I was told the day I got the truck that I was approved! Not that it was contingent on my income or residency. Or anything else. I was not told anything until almost 3 weeks after having the truck. I have them all the information they asked me for. My name is on the bank account. They just wanted more money. They were charging me 10,000.00 dollars more than that truck is worth. As the last time that truck was sold it was sold for 9,000 dollars. The vin does not match the description of the truck. And I will be informing the dealer board of this as I think that this was not the original vin on the truck. I have done multiple vin checks for the vehicle and it all comes back the same and it does not match the truck. All I want is my stuff. I don’t want the tires or the brakes or the u joint or the fuel pump. I just want what is mine. If they can give me my stuff back I will not file a complaint with the dealer board. I just want my stuff I was promised by Cody.

On 8-31-17 Approved Auto Mart sold [redacted] a 2008 [redacted], Vin Number 3D7KS28D38G181839 with 179,559 miles. At time of delivery [redacted] was given an approval sheet from [redacted] subject to the following requirements being met: Proof of Residence Proof of Income Proof of...

Bank Account The problem was that [redacted] had no Proof of income and the Bank Account wasn’t in her name. On 9-06-17 [redacted] was called about the issue and she stated to us that she was trying to get her pay stubs. On 9-07-17 [redacted] was informed again that we needed July pay stubs and July bank statement, she stated that she would email all to Stacy. On 9-13-17 Approved Auto Mart tried to call all known numbers and left messages for them informing them that they would need to either obtain their own financing or return truck. After calling, e-mails were sent stating the same. On 9-21-17 [redacted] stated that she would be in 9-21-17 at 3:30 with the truck. 09/28/17 with no contact and the vehicle not being returned we contacted [redacted] to recover our vehicle. 12/06/17 [redacted] contacted us that they had the vehicle. 12/07/17 Approved Auto Mart checked in the vehicle and bagged all customers personnel items. After finishing our inspection, it was noted that the vehicle had 2 large holes cut in bed, cigarette burn holes all over in the seats, and mileage of 207,897. In the time [redacted] had the vehicle hidden from us, they put 28,338 miles on it in addition to all the damage done. With all the collection fees, excess miles, and damage to the vehicle, Approved Auto Mart is leaving the tires that are on the truck. To have a vehicle with no tires after it was driven 28,338 miles would be an even larger burden on Approved Auto Mart. With all the holes that were cut in the bed, removing the plate would make the bed worthless.

To whom it may concern,On November 25th we sold [redacted] a 2001 [redacted], with the only bank that we could obtain an approval wassecondary financing that required $1000 down and also capped the deal as to theamount that could be financed, plus charged Approved Auto Mart a...

largeprocessing fee. [redacted] had been trying to buy an [redacted] with only $100.00 to putas down payment. [redacted] called me, as I wasn’t in the office, to ask if we couldwork with Mr. [redacted] and do a $900.00 down payment loan, I agreed as long as oneof our GPS units was installed. [redacted] also discussed that Mr. [redacted] was askingfor new tires and shocks as part of the deal, with the call back the bank gaveus this was not doable so [redacted] explained we could work with them on the downpayment loan but the tires and shocks could not be done. Mr. [redacted] agreed toall the loan conditions, at that time the [redacted] was sent back to the shop forinstallation of the GPS, during the installation process they ran intoproblems. The [redacted]’s were put into a very nice 04 [redacted] until the [redacted]was ready and told that they could keep the truck until the GPS process wascompleted at that time Mr. [redacted] told us we had to have it ready within an hour, when the truck was returned it was covered with dog hair and had to be re-detailed.The problem was the [redacted] had an aftermarket remote start installed and thebrain box had a problem not allowing the GPS to work properly so the unit wasremoved. [redacted] told the [redacted]’s that when they paid off their down payment loanwe would remove the GPS and install a remote system, as of today the downpayment still has not been satisfied.During the test drive [redacted] noticed that heat wasn’t comingout the left side, this was put on the “we owe” to repair heater door. Anappointment was scheduled at time of delivery for Nov. 26th, the 26thMr. [redacted] was a no show for his appointment, on the 27th his wife called andasked to reschedule for the 29th, we set that up and on the 29thshe was a no show, but showed up on Dec. 1st without anyappointment, [redacted] told Mrs. [redacted] the he would pull the [redacted] back and get the diagnosticsdone and get the parts ordered. Mrs. [redacted] got very upset, told [redacted] to forgetit and she would fix it herself so nothing was done for diagnostics or partsordered. We called several times to collect and left message on 12-30-14,1-5-15, 1-6-15, on the 7th we made contact finally and she told [redacted]that she was working with [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] asked [redacted] if she could have herfinal payment forgiven, claimed the vehicle needed repairs. This was a 14 yearold vehicle and would have a few minor imperfections, but was a very safevehicle that fit her budget. On Jan 22nd Mrs. [redacted] showed upwanting her heater fixed and GPS removed also demanding that we complete allwork in 2hrs. Mrs. [redacted] was told that this wouldn’t happen because the heaterdoor was a 6 hour job and 1 ½ to remove the GPS and install the remote. Mrs.[redacted] left with her husband only to return in 2 hours and start using profanityin front of our other customers and telling them how stupid we all were and leftwith us only removing the GPS and us asking the mechanics to stop working onMr. [redacted]’s [redacted], it was brought up front and she was asked to leave eventhough her final payments and repairs have not been met.As to our filthy office, it is above average to most and asto our phone being disconnected she needs to check the number she called, it wasn’tours, ours has never been disconnected. We are more than happy to fulfill our promise directly with Mr.[redacted] only after the actions of Mrs. [redacted], providing Mr. [redacted] give us therequired time to repair the heater and pay their final payment we would installthe remote and check the windows and locks.
