Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I already explained in a previous rejection of this exact response what my intention was and still isI have forwarded all if this to my attorney and an awaiting a case number from the licensing division from the dept revenueThe heater and the door and everything else they screwed up have been fixed! I already explained that I would not trust them or their mechanic to check my oil let alone do anything as major as taking the dash and heading system apart to "fix" it! Their standards of mechanic work fall very short of my standards of pepper mechanic workMy intentions still stand, and I hope at this point they lose their license to sell any vehicles in Colorado or anywhere else for that matter!! The hassles and lies they have spewn are a terrible impression of their performance as a business!! We feel still that they should just pay for the things that had to be fixed because of their crap! To Whom it may concern, I am very sorry to here that someone had a problem with their VehicleWe do stride to supply quality vehicles at discounted pricesWe do not have huge profits built in our vehicles, however we do offer extended warranties to cover any type of break down that might occurWith all the technology we have today it is still next too impossible to determine what could happen to a vehicleAll paper work was signed NO Warranty and [redacted] also signed a RED piece of paper that stated she had refused a Extended warranty that was offeredShe signed that she understood that she would be responsible for any and all repairs should they occur, it is very hard to help someone that has turned down an Extended Warranty and knew she would be responsibleTransmission, the original transmission had been pulled apart times trying to diagnose the problem of locking into gears when warmThe 4th a crack in the main case was found through the oil passages applying pressure to sets of clutches at once creating the problemA used transmission was then installed that carried a warranty from the sellerAfter turning down an Extended Warranty that would have paid for the tow and stating she was responsible for such [redacted] only needed to have the Jeep towed to our shop for repair, once again she chose differently [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] is a liar! I was never asked to leave, they told me they reinstalled the keyless entry and [redacted] told me that he only removed a cluster of wires from under the dashI did not return after only hours, I returned at 1/hours later to find they had not done anything they had said other than remove their GPS! And in doing so, the drivers side window now doesn't work, reverse lights don't work the heater still does not work! As for the appointments I supposedly scheduled, I only scheduled appt and that was not able to be kept because the truck wouldn't start! I made no other scheduled appointmentsThis was not the only place we could get an [redacted] or financingThis was a chance to give a small hometown business a chance and we got screwed! The [redacted] was not safe, the tires were bald, the shocks were totally bad and the track arm is not the right one for a lifted vehicle, had their mechanics actually like at all of that they would have seen it! If their mechanics were quality mechanics that isEvery mechanic I have worked with and trained under would not have screwed up multiple other things while attempting to fix one! As for the "very nice" [redacted] we were sent home in the day we purchased the ***It was filthy to begin with, yeah on the inside, obviously used as a run around vehicle for the office peopleThere was no dog hair in the vehicle upon returning it not any trashIf they needed to detail it, it was because it was never drained to begin withI took video of the [redacted] when I dropped it off to have the GPS removed, the keyless entry put back in and the heater fixedI get my vehicle returned to me with half of the dash screws missing and some of the ones that were there falling outI have since filled a claim/complaint with the licensing division and have contacted the [redacted] Spoke several times with [redacted] who has said he has left several messages with approved auto to have [redacted] return his call, to which he says he has not received any contact from [redacted] at approved autoAs for the attempt to have the remaining $squashed with the $We had to immediately put into the vehicle to make is sage to drive in the snow, [redacted] says he was on our side about this and was doing everything he could to help usMost likely another lie [redacted] is an insulting, disrespectful, shady bold faced liar who cares nothing about the customer just the dollars that line his pocketI asked to speak to the other after picking up my vehicle, after listening to this man insult me, belittle me and my intelligence and scream and actlike a spoiled brat about what has just happened with my vehicle,His response was we are not getting into that and refused to give me the owners informationI have since found out the owners information and am I'm the process of making contact with himI did not purchase a vehicle to have it constantly being taken back to the shop, I purchased a vehicle to transport my family and children around in safely [redacted] cab write up any papers full of lies he wants, I have witnesses and video, and a contact from them stating that they are to fix the heater! I took the vehicle to the [redacted] dealer it was originally purchased from and they did a full diagnostic, computer and wiring and found a nightmare wiring mess under the dash and into the doorA mess that is going to cost me no less than $Just to start to fix! Approved Auto Mart, [redacted] and their mechanics are bit hacks, and [redacted] is an unprofessional childish joke that should never have been put in charge of that dealershipOn a side note, I was originally told that [redacted] was the owner, and that they have a corporate office that paperwork needed to be sent toAs per ***Come to find out that also was a lie and that their "corporate office" is George's office which is right next to ***'s desk and that [redacted] is only a managerAnd the cleanliness of that placeIs below standardThe customer that was in the office when my wife was angry about everything they screwed upWasn't paying any attentionAnd she gave them a minimum of hours to with in the truck that day, and it was still late getting outAfter being put off for early months to get it everything fixed to how it was upon test drive, and it not being done and more problems caused she had EVERY right to be angryAnd all the liesWe were told it is only aminute job to put in the GPS, it took 4+hours and we were told it was a simple complicationIt wasn't too we picked up the vehicle and found multiple problems that weren't there before that it was explained to us that he had to remove the keyless entryWhich [redacted] stated was only a cluster of wiresWhat mechanic in their right mind starts cutting out random wires?? That is just itic!! As it stands Approved Auto has failed to honor their contract and fix the heater and everything else they screwed up in the process of installing and uninstalling their GPS, and I have a hefty bill to fix their wiring mess in the house that it will fix some of the things they screwed upI REFUSE to take my vehicle back to them as they only cause more problems without fixing the initial oneI have made the [redacted] , the auto licensing division of Colorado, our finance company and our attorney aware of this situation and filled claims/complaints with all if them! I only hope that [redacted] who is the owner of this company has since pride in his company and handles this situation accordingly and reconsiders his employees and their lack of professionalism and morals! I would like to thank everyone for their efforts in thismatter, however it is not Approved Auto Mart stating anything other than thefacts we have provided, ( [redacted] and other doc’s) plus Approved Auto Mart didnot purchase this vehicle in [redacted] as stated by [redacted]

Approved Auto Mart understands that sometimes people don't understand what they have signed and there fore Approved Auto Mart would be more than happy to purchase back said jeep at customers purchased price.Thanks, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is a lie, I received the vehicle with the [redacted] Big Hoss chip in the temp IDM and it was removed by me and was not put into ANY computer afterwardsThey did not spend $on computers cause they told me it was $for being a remand to begin withAs far as the clutch being torn out? I had them tow it off of the Ipark and ride in which its been in their possession since and I had no time to remove it myselfI was NEVER notified that they would put in a clutch at discount and that [redacted] HIMSELF said he WOULD NOT put a new clutch in it and that it would be out of MY OWN pocketI was not rude to any of their employees and the only person I confronted was [redacted] informing him was to talk to my attorney who informed me to get all service records from their shop, but they refused and told me they can only give me of the what would now be Regards, [redacted]

Customers are very important to Approved Auto Mart however when someone takes and declines all extra coverage it is out of our controlWe offer vehicles at discounted prices many different options on how to protect their investment, but when a customer chooses to decline and pass on any extended service policies offered to protect them it is out of our controlAs stated on the decline sheet that was signed by [redacted] they take full responsibility of any and all repairsYes, this hurts but it was by their choice, not oursPlease look at the forms that were signed prior to delivery

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Initially they told me nothing about working with me, After reading their response they told me they would go half on a aftermarket clutch from [redacted] autoparts for $600 plus $100 tow and $300 labor. my cost would be $590 I turned down the offer and told them I can supply a HD clutch for $400 and they still wanted $200 on top for labor. regardless I will be picking my vehicle up and having someone else do it. And have [redacted] diagnose it once it is complete for any emission issues that have yet to be solved. Still no word on any repairs to window or mirror either. Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com Regards to Complaint # [redacted] On September 12th [redacted] and [redacted] purchased a [redacted] VIN # [redacted] The truck had milesAny vehicle with that amount of mile and age will have a few imperfectionsAt time of sale they asked for the passenger side door to be adjusted, repair flashers & repair dome light, our records show all work was doneThey also asked for the head lamps to be repaired/replaced, this was agreed on and put in writing that it would be done once their down payment was paid, this was to be done on or before September 27th or beforeOn October 11th [redacted] asked if they could swap the head lamps for the $they still owed, this was agreed by both sidesThe only thing wrong with the head lamps was fade on the lenses and polish would have fixed, [redacted] could have saved $that was already days late As for the issue about us saying no to the [redacted] that is a true statement, we do not work with [redacted] due to their high cost, costs that would need to be passed on to our customersWe never tell a customer that they can’t run a [redacted] at their own costMost of our vehicles are purchased at the auto auctions and they run an [redacted] on all units up for bid, [redacted] looks for branded titles, damage from prior accidents and several other checks, any issues are announced prior to sale, this one had no announcementsWe ran a new [redacted] report on05/08/and have attached a copy with this responseTt clearly shows CLEAN, no reported accidents As far as all of the other complaints, this vehicle was sold no warranty issued, and signed by [redacted] On the form [redacted] signed it clearly states AS WARRANTY YOU WILL PAY ALL COSTS FOR ANY REPAIRSThe Dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements made about this vehicle Approved Auto Mart feels that the remaining payments due on the [redacted] / [redacted] loan are their responsibility and need to be honored as written on the contract signed by [redacted] and [redacted] [redacted] General Manager Approved Auto Mart

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had contacted the finance company and was told by the finance company to not contact the dealership as they were asking for more moneyWhich I was told by they finance company that was illegalI was to wait for a contact from the finance companyWhich I never didThe hole in the bed of the truck was due to having to put in a new fuel pumpThe miles put on the truck were due to workWe told them they could keep the tiresBut they proceeded to keep our mirrors, out trailer brake controller, all of our power cords to our [redacted] radio, and our gps systemThey pretty much stole our stuff along with keeping our down paymentThis company is known for doing this as I have read many complaints against this companyI will be sending off my complaint to the dealer board tomorrowAll I asked for was what was mineMy mirrorsWe have the original mirrors for that truckI have pictures to show that those mirrors don’t go to that truckMy brake controller that was not in the truck when we got it and all of our power cords and our gooseneck hitch that I have the receipt forThese people are thievesWe put on a new front u joint, a new fuel pump, new front brakes, and new tiresThey had told us we could get all of our stuff off the truck and they liedThat is all they do is lieI was told the day I got the truck that I was approved! Not that it was contingent on my income or residencyOr anything elseI was not told anything until almost weeks after having the truckI have them all the information they asked me forMy name is on the bank accountThey just wanted more moneyThey were charging me 10,dollars more than that truck is worthAs the last time that truck was sold it was sold for 9,dollarsThe vin does not match the description of the truckAnd I will be informing the dealer board of this as I think that this was not the original vin on the truckI have done multiple vin checks for the vehicle and it all comes back the same and it does not match the truckAll I want is my stuffI don’t want the tires or the brakes or the u joint or the fuel pumpI just want what is mineIf they can give me my stuff back I will not file a complaint with the dealer boardI just want my stuff I was promised by Cody Regards, [redacted] ***
