Our dealership was contacted by a person that said that [redacted] was having issues with her brakes on the truck she purchased from usThey were transferred to our service deptOur service manager talked to her and recommended her to bring her vehicle to our shopShe brought the vehicle in and we found that the front brake calipers had froze upWe replaced her front brake calipers, pads, rotors, and bled the systemWe did this as a goodwill and even bought her lunch while she waitedThere was no discussion of her tires.We never have paid for or replaced her tires When her license plates came in we left her several messages with no responseWe called the co owner of the truck and told him the plates were here and there was no mention of any issuesHe also thanked the salesperson for repairing her vehicleThe next contact we had from anyone was when a lady called saying she was ***'s motherShe said that [redacted] had some issues with her truckWe called [redacted] immediately and left her a messageWe called the co owner and told him to have he contact us so we can see what is going onShe did call back and said she has some issuesWe made an appointment to bring it in to address her concerns She brought the truck to us and we inspected the windows, transmission, brakes, coolant system, and ignitionThe only issue we found was the seal on the windshield might need replaced.The truck has an additional miles on it in the months from the time we repaired her brakesWe discussed with her our finding and she took her truck backThere was no charge for our inspectionThe next contact was this complaint I am enclosing the repair order of the work we did when she brought the truck in the first timeWe have tried to help her with her concerns but we could not duplicate most of themShe does have an extended service contract on her truck to used as need beWe want to make her happy but we are not sure what that takes We do offer Auto Checks to our customer on all our vehiclesShe bought this vehicle with her uncle as a co buyer and she was not pushed to buy this truckThe purchase was done over a to day periodBoth buyers were informed at all timeJon S [redacted]

vehicle in and we found that the front brake calipers had froze up. We replaced her front brake calipers, pads, rotors, and bled the system. We called [redacted] immediately and left her a message. We called the co owner and told him to have he contact us so we can see what is going on. She did call back and said she has some issues.
