Regional Manager, [redacted] lied to me telling me that I would get the coupon price through [redacted] of $4,999.00 for 1700 sq ft Corning Tiles even when going through the [redacted] Program. I had the cash in the bank for the coupon. I had never heard of [redacted] before. [redacted] gave false information to me before they started the roof. I spoke to the person the he spoke to at [redacted] and was told that [redacted] was informed that I would not receive discount unless coupon was purchase through [redacted] then tild me it was approved for the siscount. Contractor's Inc lied said there was never a coupon as I have stated. I have seen the coupon posted since that time again. In addition, they did not replace any shingles on the back side of my house over the kitchen at all. Over laundry room did not put shingles only rilled roofing without my consent. [redacted] first apologized for shoddy work but when it continued to get worse did not want to complete at all. I was threatened if I did not sign completion. I tried to get help sent pictures verification of text messages and statement from [redacted]. Still have verification did not matter,big company against single woman. Contractor's Inc did a horrible job on my roof did not change anything on the back side of my house and without consent put rolled roofing over laundryroom and one bedroom. They are bullies and I can verify everything I am reporting.

He told me to go ahead and sign the papers with [redacted] but that it wouldn't matter I would still get the coupon from [redacted]. When he spoke to [redacted] he was told no but he informed me that they approved his plan to have me receive the coupon for $4,999 for 1700 square foot Corning tiles. Both [redacted] and [redacted] are extremely dishonest. They believe because they are a big company that they have the right to take advantage of someone on their own and they will get away with it. I sent photographs and verification to [redacted] when I was in contact with Samantha. The only reason why I signed the [redacted] contract is because I was advised by [redacted] to do so. I wasn't going to sign it because I was unhappy with the work they did on my home. They did not put the Corning tiles on the back of my house they said that it was against the law. But there was tiles on my house before I put the new roof. They put this rolled Roofing on the back of my house without even Consulting me at all. They put a horrible color that didn't even match the shingles. They tried to charge me $275 for wood to replace some of the boards under the shingles. [redacted] from the [redacted] program told me at that time that it was illegal for them to charge me the extra money. After [redacted] threatened me telling me he was going to take me to court if I did not sign the [redacted] completion contract stating I was satisfied with the roof. I inform [redacted] that I was not satisfied with the work not in the slightest bit. And by that time I had found out after speaking to the contact at [redacted] that [redacted] had lied to me I informed [redacted] that I was not satisfied with the work not in the slightest bit. And by that time I had found out after speaking to the contact at Angies List that [redacted] had lied to me about getting the discount coupon. In addition [redacted] the owner stated that there was never a coupon for $4,999 for 1700 square foot of Corning tiles. I have seen that same coupon advertised on [redacted] several times since. He tried to say that it was for 1000 square feet. They've done nothing but given false information bullied me and taking advantage of me from the beginning. The [redacted] company was no help whatsoever even when I show them pictures and gave them the person's name at [redacted] that informed me of [redacted]'s lies. Contractors Inc is trying to say that I fabricated this whole thing which is just another verification of how unethical and dishonest they are. If you look on their website on many other websites you can see the pictures where they destroyed many of my items and left a huge mess at my home in addition to doing a terrible job on the back of my house would that rolled Roofing. I ended up having to sell my house as a result of the added money onto my taxes. Instead of $4,999 which as I said previously I had in my bank I still do it ended up costing me $11,000 over 10 years with interest. I could not afford the added money to my taxes I'm a single woman on my own. I'm telling you this whole situation has made me not want to trust anybody. I'm not foolish but I should have known if its too good to be true then its usually not real. I've heard things about the [redacted] program is well now since that situation took place and from my information they are cahoots with contractors inc. I realize I can't get my money back but I just want people to know exactly what happened and I do have proof even though I've shown it to [redacted] and on Mini review sites it doesn't seem to matter.
