This business response was provided to the Revdex.com and the consumer via a conference call.Jason from the business stated the consumer's account was canceled by Chrystal on 09/19/17.Jason said the consumer will be refunded two amounts and should not see any further activity for this complaint matter
after he refunds have been issued.Jason said the consumer should see her monies re-posted within the next - business days, he said the method of her refunds will be based on how the consumer's payment was initially established, i.ecredit card, or bank account information.Jason provided transaction id *** for a refund in the amount of $and transaction id *** for a refund in the amount of $89.31.Jason also stated the consumer should receive confirmation emails for the transactions processed today within 24-hours.Jason also explained to the consumer why such charges were initially made, he explained to the consumer that she clicked on their terms and agreements clause and failed to cancel her subscription; he said her trial product was free but she was charged for items after trial because she failed to make a proper cancellation request within days
