Dear Revdex.com Team, We received Revdex.com Case #*** in our mail today and we would like to advise you on the fact that the client on 21st Feb 2018 cancelled her subscription (As depicted in below screen shot) directly from *** rather than following the cancellation process on the Appy Pie's
website, As the process was not followed this caused the app to be locked as part our data security algorithm's protection mechanism for preventing any authorized access.We explained the same to client and an amicable resolution was reached, where we decided to extend clients subscription by additional months so I am assuming this complaint was sent before the above resolution was provided.Hope above clear things from our Perspective.Regards,A**Level Engineer
