Just used them for a move from Winter Haven, FL up to the FL Panhandle in early July, The foreman/owner came by when he said he would and was very friendly and professional He gave an estimate that was a FLAT RATE which was very competitive with the others we had doneWe had originally told him that we were not going to be taking a couple of huge recliner chairs, but called him back when we changed our minds He told us that was no problem/no additional fee On the day of the move, the owner showed up with two polite gentlemen exactly when he said he would to load our thingsThe loading was done with no delay and there were no delays in the truck arriving at our new place in northwest FL either The loading/unloading was done with no damage to any of our things Believe you'll have a good experience using this company--they're dependable and hard workingSure made our move less stressful!
