APR RV Body & Auto Paint Repair

I had work performed from APR on my toy hauler on 10/12/2015 and on Thanksgiving weekend I hauled my toy hauler to Glamis and back. I had to take it back into APR because there was a part of the frame that I was having issues with, which is why I took it in in the first place. The owner told me they never looked at or repaired any part of the frame and that I never mentioned anything about the frame even though on the invoice they charged me .5 to "check for frame damage in under front bay [redacted]will advice if additional supplement". The insurance went ahead and paid a supplement to reinforce the frame which again was why I took it to them in the first place. When I went to pick up my toy hauler the tag that identifies who owns the vehicle had the work [redacted] above my last name with then a picture of a [redacted] under my last name!!

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen or heard of and I would never recommend this company to anyone because of there poor and lack of customer service!
