We have been able to work with mom, Mrs*** to get this resolved. At this point, we are finding that she does not need to worry about anything because her claims were processed wrong by the insurance and we are working with them to get this resolved. My COO has personally gotten
with Mrs*** and is communicating all of this information to her. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
Iam still waiting for a detailed print out of the $350 charity fund that was placed on accounts as of what they found out I owed nothing so if there was nothing owed where did this money go to no print out was given I also have paid extra on both accounts for over a year and waiting on a refund ,because I did pay co pays and if there was an error in insurance I shouldn't have been charged   also I have given proof of duplicate copy pay errors and extra cost pays taken at time of service for same day services.I do expect a refund of these errors that I have paid for.
