Went to purchase a few books for my organization during a period when they were running a promotion. At this time their system had several issues that prevented me from getting purchasing the titles. After finally contacting someone from Apress they finally agreed to approve the discount. Sounds good right; not quite. From the time I made the initial request until the time they responded was approx four weeks. During this four week period I had to submit several emails to several individual before i'd get a response. Not a good customer experience.
