I first contacted *** from April Cleaning Service on 2/18/about cleaning my houseWe spoke about the size of my house and the type of cleaning I wantedShe said that my small house (1,sf, bedroom, bath) would take a person crew an hour to cleanI told her I was looking for a cleaner that was very good at organizing since I have a year old and year oldShe assured me that was her specialtyShe said the rate would be $for a first time detailed clean and after that, $90-$We set up an appointment for 3/4/I received a call from *** on 3/3/stating that she would be bringing people to my house the following day due to the impending snowstormThen she said it would be $AN HOUR and she would need to charge more since there was people comingI told her I wasn't comfortable with people coming and that I thought the cleaning was a flat rate of $150, not $an hourAt that point, I was going to cancel the cleaningBut *** said she would only charge me $no matter how long it tookI told her that I would like her to clean under the beds and she said, "Of course." She said, "You'll be very happy." The following day, her crew of arrived*** knew that I would not be thereMy cousin, who watches my children, would be there to let her inAs soon as *** walked in, she immediately started complaining that there was too much clutterIf she felt that way, she should have just leftBut she stayed and she told my cousin that in order for her to clean, my cousin would have to move everything that was in her wayEven though she was watching a year old and year old, my cousin proceeded to help her move things because *** was yelling, "*** *** I can't clean with all this clutter!" and barking ordersShe stayed hour and minutesWhen I got home, the house did not look clean, let alone deep cleaned*** did not clean under beds, under furniture, did not change the bed linens, and did not organize anything
A deep clean consists of baseboards, ceiling fans, doors and doing kitchen cabinets along with dusting , bathrooms, kitchen mopping and vacumming entire house which was doneThe only thing that did not get done was organizing which I tried to do in kitchen but there was no room to organize nor was she home to figure out what could be decluttered to make room.A deep clean was performed.in an hr and min with a crew of
They do a really great job! We were so impressed with how the house looked The women work extremely hard and really know what they are doing!! This is a very well-run and efficient business, which I highly recommendJudy S
I explained to Mrs [redacted] that a deep cleaning is $150 HR.for a crew of 4 girls for a deep clean ,after 1st clean it was $90-$100 afterwards to maintain biweekly. She only wanted to pay for one hr time. So therefore her expectations for decluttering a house with baby toys , bottles and dishes, baby...
food, clothes and shoes laying out everywhere and to organize closets were simply unreasonable. I am not a magician. My clients pay for 2 to 3 hrs for a job like that. She was only willing to pay for one hr so we did what we could in an 1hr and 15 min.We cleaned all baseboards, windowsills, dusted all furniture, cleaned bathrooms and kitchen vacummed and mopped floors. We were given her products to use and torn up tshirts to clean with. You cant scrub anything with tshirts. But that was what she wanted used.I never would curse in a clients home, that is a lie. She has been through many cleaning services in the past and now I know why.
Complaint: [redacted]The one thing we can both agree on is that I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service. I was also taken aback by the confrontational tone [redacted] took with me on the phone. She was also aggressive with my cousin who was present at the time of the cleaning and then with my husband who contacted her later that evening. Instead of working on a solution that would rectify the situation, [redacted] was more concerned with making excuses and shifting blame back onto the customer. My reason for bringing this to the Revdex.com is that April Fresh Cleaning's actions are not in line with a company that has an A+ rating. I don't want other consumers to be misled.Thank you,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because [redacted] and I agreed (on the phone the evening before she came) that she would do a deep house clean for a flat rate of $150 -- not $150 an hour. She did a regular clean which she said would cost $90-$100. My husband called her a few hours after she left to request a refund since her website states, "If there is ever anything missed and you call within 24 hrs, we will make sure we easily rectify the situation." She did not rectify the situation. Regards,[redacted]
April Fresh Cleaning did an great job in cleaning out my mothers home after she passed away. They helped me remove all the clothing, unwanted furniture, and other personal belongings. They then cleaned it thoroughly so I could sell it. Couldn't of done it without them.Thank you so much.
They do a really great job! We were so impressed with how the house looked. The women work extremely hard and really know what they are doing!! This is a very well-run and efficient business, which I highly recommend.

I first contacted [redacted] from April Cleaning Service on 2/18/15 about cleaning my house. We spoke about the size of my house and the type of cleaning I wanted. She said that my small house (1,200 sf, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath) would take a 4 person crew an hour to clean. I told her I was looking for a cleaner that was very good at organizing since I have a 1 year old and 3 year old. She assured me that was her specialty. She said the rate would be $150 for a first time detailed clean and after that, $90-$100. We set up an appointment for 3/4/15. I received a call from [redacted] on 3/3/15 stating that she would be bringing 6 people to my house the following day due to the impending snowstorm. Then she said it would be $150 AN HOUR and she would need to charge more since there was 6 people coming. I told her I wasn't comfortable with 6 people coming and that I thought the cleaning was a flat rate of $150, not $150 an hour. At that point, I was going to cancel the cleaning. But [redacted] said she would only charge me $150 no matter how long it took. I told her that I would like her to clean under the beds and she said, "Of course." She said, "You'll be very happy." The following day, her crew of 5 arrived. [redacted] knew that I would not be there. My cousin, who watches my 2 children, would be there to let her in. As soon as [redacted] walked in, she immediately started complaining that there was too much clutter. If she felt that way, she should have just left. But she stayed and she told my cousin that in order for her to clean, my cousin would have to move everything that was in her way. Even though she was watching a 1 year old and 3 year old, my cousin proceeded to help her move things because [redacted] was yelling, "[redacted] I can't clean with all this clutter!" and barking orders. She stayed 1 hour and 15 minutes. When I got home, the house did not look clean, let alone deep cleaned. [redacted] did not clean under beds, under furniture, did not change the bed linens, and did not organize anything.
