I swear you can literally see through these shawls! They look so cheap it’s pathetic!
I am embarrassed to give these for gifts and there is no refunds!

I had placed an online order from this company, the charge was made to my credit card and I never received the item, it has been 2 months. No activity or updates to my order status in the past 4 weeks. I have emailed to 2 addresses on there site 8 times in the past week and filled out a customer service request on their site twice, to be contacted regarding this issue. I understand delays in filling orders or shipping delays and even human error- but to simply ignore a customer is inexcusable. I will now have to go to my credit card company and try and dispute this charge. I will never do business with this company again and warn others from doing the same. Their customer service practices are deplorable.
