Didn't know that was a requirement! An I'm not selling out of my house it's out of my business same way I listed the account An when I took the interview over the phone I told him what my business was he was fine with that then He asked me if I would do $in sales a year or more an again I agreed to that which my first sale was over half way there! An was far from month mark!!! So idk how I didn't sell enough for you when I couldn't get the chance! An I'm a high credit risk when I don't even have a charge account with you an paid for the $set of tires before delivering so not sure how that's a risk? An if u want banking info all you had to do ask not delete my account like you said you didn't do! An you want me to buy from another distributer that's miles from me yeah that's handy not! Thanks for taking my call todayWe take complaints very seriouslyAfter reviewing Austin Farms, here is why we closed his account:- As per attachment, he is a High Credit RiskHe could not supply us with any Bank References or Trade
references, subpar credit score etc.- He doesn’t have a retail presence and operates out of his house (we do not sell to end users)We are a wholesalerNo signage.- When he answers phone, he doesn’t answer it Austin FarmsIt’s not a business line, it’s his personal cell phone.- We have minimum purchase requirements that he did not meet.- We have a re-distributor in the area that he can buy from.His letter to you is the first we’ve heard that he possibly has a defective tireOur Field Rep will stop and look at itIf it is defective, we will credit him.Please call or email with any questions. I sent a Field Rep out on Monday June 15th who hand delivered Mr Austin a Brand New Tire at No ChargeWe will not reinstate his accountFor the same reasons I stated in the previous responsesNothing has changed. Thanks, *** ***Area Business Manager [email protected]
