I purchased my rental insurance and life insurance and earthquake insurance on december 2019 and they deny a claim for rental on april 16 help me pl
I filed a complaint on 03/27/2020 because my tools were stolen from my garage ,the agent *** took care me and sold me three different insurances, one was renter's insurances. policies without asking me important questions the she supposed to ask, and made a mistake because
she supposed to ask those questions the only thing the she asked for it was for the records of my previous insurance all state, which I provide for her
state farm denied my claim because they say that she did ask me those questions which is a lie she never ask me those questions it's a lie
I contacted her and asked her what's going on and she told me that they reviewed the case and accepted I was making my monthly payments until now
i want the state farm to pay me for my claim because i was not the one who made the mistake , not asking the basic questions im saying this because that was the reason why the state farm rejected my claim and they disputed the policies and accepted them, and repeated occasions the representatives of that company being rude and trying to erase the records until today,the state farm is still taking the monthly payments

All State Farm Agencies have independent contracted agents. *** is not and as not been a customer of April Showers State Farm aka April Showers Agency Inc. In his complaint he mention agent Figueroa, there as not been any person in my office with that name. Not sure if Mr. just selected my office to file a complaint because I'm the closest to his residence, but I am not and have not been his agent. Please remove this complaint.
