DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. Purchasing travel insurance through April was the worst travel decision I have ever made. When our trip was interrupted by a snow storm we called April and did everything that the agent advised us to do. I ended up spending an extra $1,200 per the agents advice and was refunded a whopping $150! That doesn't even cover the rental car that we were specifically told would be covered. Now that we are in the appeals process our agent won't email or call us back when she says she will, she is withholding the call records proving that we followed THEIR advice and has yet to provide us with a single answer. My travel companion has filed a complaint with the TN department of Commerce, I will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, and will be consulting an attorney if this matter isn't resolved. Don't let them rip you off as they have me!
