The policy stands for all clients that come in and we do have them all sign the policy letter stating that they acknowledge and are aware that all sales and services are final*** *** signed our copy of this stating that she agreed to
the above conditions on 6/27/I am a business professional and I wouldn't try to be anything less, a policy is a policy and we can not change our policy for anyone anytime, that would be unfair to other clients

this attachment of what I signed is clearly flawed as an "agreement to policy" by clients:
1) it was the "sisheet' that they have you fill out when you arrive at the business
2) it indicates that hours notice is required for cancellation, and I cancelled a MONTH in advance
3) "ALL SALES AND SERVICES ARE FINAL" is not a policy imho, as it is confusing and can be interpreted differently and misused by the business as it is in this case
- I signed the document when I arrived (in order to check in)and was not presented it again when I was leaving and had pre-paid for the next appointment
-even if I had remembered or been shown this at check out, I would have assumed it meant that at the time of the service you had paid for, that the sale was final, no take backs, not when I paid MONTHS IN ADVANCE and did not even receive a service
