I would not recommend April's Cleaning Service in the Raleigh, NC area They did not truly clean most of the items they claimed they would, even after I asked them to clean certain things a second time before they left my property They just smeared the dirt around without really removing it They also ignored cleaning certain areas completely that should have been cleaned, like the top of the fridge, windowsills, vanity light fixtures, cabinets, tubs, and drawers in the kitchen and bath All still had dust, hair and debris And don't pay extra to have the fridge's inside cleaned They didn't get it clean even after I paid extra and asked them to clean a second time before leaving I asked for a refund, but of course have not heard back from [redacted] the owner [redacted] instead offered to send a cleaning crew back even after I already advised her I had to reclean everything myselfI wouldn't allow them back in my house if they were the last cleaning company on earth
