Review: I had a car accident on the 17 th of December 2013 I called my insurance company who then I provided the Auto body shop to them I took it to them the week before Christmas the repair called for 2 days to be fixed when day 2 came I called the place of business that's when I got no answer called again later that day left a message no one returned my call so I called again the next business day I then got a young man who told work was not started on the vehicle this was day 4 I asked to have the man working on my truck to contact me ASAP!!! Still no call I called again he told me I'll start the work tonight your truck will be done by Friday this was Wednesday when I spoke to him so Friday came no call I called again young man said still no work started I then began to worry I wanted to speak to the owner of the place I left a message to have him call me!!! No reply for awhole day I called still no reply went down to the shop in person pad lock on door called again left tons of messages at that point I just wanted my truck out of there called my insurance company they couldn't do anything they had already issued the check to the company for parts weeks go by still no answer from anyone called police they told me it's a magistrate matter my hands were tied I couldn't do anything felt helpless finally the man called me back said sorry there was a water break couldn't do any work told me guaranteed me it would be done by the weekend this was a Thursday I said on ill call Friday to make sure still no answer weekend goes by no call went down there again place closed my truck was gone for a month and a half finally I said look truck needs to be outside with keys or I'm calling the cops report it stolen. Man called back and said ok ill have the work done by that night I go down at 5 o'clock and pick it up. Get home the next morning on my way to work I noticed the light was falling out bumper was not painted to match the color of the truck pinstripes are off on one side I have little dents everywhereDesired Settlement: I would like them to fix it it back the way my truck should be it's not a messed up vehicle I keep my be vechiles well kept and clean there service was poor and should not have gone that way when you take your property to someone trusting they get the job fully done I want it done right or refund to take it somewhere else who can do it
