Review: On June 10,2013 I emailed Mr. [redacted] for some information regarding his painliller muzzle brakes. On June 27th, Mr. [redacted] emailed me back with some information and a price. On July 15th, I emailed Mr. [redacted] to order a brake and asked for his business phone number. On July 15th, Mr [redacted] emailed me the price and his address. On Aug. 3rd, I emailed Mr. [redacted] to check the status of my order. On Aug. 5, Mr. [redacted] emailed me stating that he had my check and it would be a few days to get them shipped. On Aug.20 I saw that the check had cleared. On Aug. 25 I emailed Mr. [redacted] to see when I would receive the brake. I have not received the product as of yet, Aug 26th. nor have I received any emails indicating when and if I would.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the product.

Just got my mail and noticed the Revdex.com complaint you sent me from [redacted].

I contacted Mr. [redacted] on August 5th stating to him that I had his payment for the muzzle brake but that I had run out of stock of that particular model but that I had put his name on the list to ship brakes to when the new batch arrived from my CNC machinest. RIght after we had an unexpected death in the family and had to go out of town for about a week. Then when I arrived home, we learned that a very close friend had just lost his wife to a VERY unexpected severel heart attack so I have pretty much been spending most of my time helping them out and trying to still get some work done for my business. As such, I have gotten well behind on e-mails. Yesterday my batch of muzzle brakes arrived from my CNC machinest, took longer then I expected it to take but this time of year we are all running at well over 120% normal hours. Spent all day today prepping muzzle brakes to fill back orders including Mr. [redacted]s back order. When I contacted him on August 5th, I told him that I was OUT of the model wanted and that it would be at least a few days before I would see anymore, then all heck broke loose with our private lives and that led us to where we are now. I see he e-mailed me on August 20th but that is the only time. He DID NOT e-mail on the 25th of August. Again, I just looked through my e-mails and sent a reply to him just prior to going through my mail and seeing the Revdex.com complaint. Hopefully this resolves the matter. His order should ship tomorrow, a DAY AFTER the product arrived back in stock.
