Dear [redacted] We're enclosing a check for you to mail to MsAna LeeWe have enclosed check # [redacted] in the amount of $for 50% of the services provided to [redacted] on Wednesday, January 28th, Thank you for your time and help with this matterSincerely, Aspara Cutting Edge [redacted]
|N RESPONSE TO [redacted] SERVICE ISSUES COMPLAINT:[redacted] stopped in for a consultation, on January 27", 2015, after letting her friend color her hair. She had mentioned to the stylist, that she wanted to achieve a silver toned ambré, and she carne in with dark/medium bionde...
highlights. She was informed several times during her consultation, (as well to just prior to her stylist mixing the color formula on January 28") based on her current coloring from her friend, that it would take more than one service at the salon to achieve her desired Color.[redacted] returned on the 29", to get a toner applied (a free service carried over from the previous day), and left in seemingly good spirits. It wasn't until that same evening that her boyfriend called the Salon, informing us that his girlfriend wasn't happy with the color. When we tried, several times, to inform him of our Free Redo Policy (the reason why our salon doesn't have a refund policy on any services), he then started raising his voice and became somewhat belligerent towards us. Our Salon Coordinator (and one of our senior stylists) tried to inform him that as long as [redacted] let us know when she would be able to stop back in, we can book her for a Free Redo for the color, if she was unhappy with the services provided. He would not except this when either one of our employees informed him of this policy, to which he asked for the owner's personal telephone number to demand a refund from the owner, as well as threatened to come down the next day until they were refunded. [redacted] then left a message | that night, apologizing for her boyfriend's rude behavior, and that “everything was fine.”: We have a Free Redo Policy in place for all of our clients: if they're unhappy with any of our services provided, as long as they call us within 7 days of the appointment, we can book them to come in a correct the issue for free. Therefore we do not, nor would we ever, charge anyone a “reduced rate” to Come in and try our best to resolve, and fix, the issue our client is having,We would be willing to refund [redacted] 50% for the color service ($95.00 from a total of $190.00, excluding a $10.00 Consultation Fee from January 27th) as well as 100% for any returned, products (which totaled $84.24 after taxes), therefore making her actual total for the color service, and products $274.24.If this refund is acceptable we would be willing to refund a total of $179.24.$95.00 (50% of the color service) +$84.24 (Pending Returned Products) $179.24 (Total Refund Amount From Apsara Cutting Edge)
