At this time, I have been contacted
directly by Apsis Usa Inc regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The only response I received was that they are going to make more partsThis is unacceptableI have been replacing these parts for a year nowReplaced the hood vent once, the side vents twice and the fender spats onceThey do not last much more than six months before the carbon fiber begins to separate from the base partThe work required to replace the side vents is over four hours and requires disassemble of the passenger side fenderI have already done that job twiceI will have to do it again since the second set is delaminating now but I refuse to replace them with Apsis partsI want a full refund for the effected parts so I can move on with a better manufacturer that stands by the customer's requests

Review: I ordered a leather cover for my corvette center console in 2 tone leather at a cost of $318 agreeing to send my core to the company when I received my order. The company said it would be 4 weeks until delivery, the next week, I called and changed my order to an all black leather with corvette cross flags at an additional $80 making the total amount paid $398. I called the company after 6 weeks and the order was not finished, they gave me another week promise, I called again and the order was not complete. At this point I asked for my money back, their response was ok, we will send out the money. The next day, I called again to remind them of the extra $80 I had with the all black leather and cross flags that was added later.. I cancelled the order around the beginning of October. I was told the check would be sent out right away but after a week or so I had not received the check, I called again.. Now, this time they told me I should not have disputed the order with the credit card company??? There was never any dispute from me, I repeated this to the company many times but in a letter to me they said there was a dispute and ASSUMED it was me! I have told them in many emails, I DID NOT DISPUTE ANYTHING but they fail to understand what happened.. I cancelled my order and asked for my money back but even now they just ignore my emails and I am out $398. The entire transaction, including the extra $80 was done on a credit card.. The company was at Carlisle Corvette Show in [redacted]. on August **, 2013. I have a copy of the sales order #[redacted] , this company should not be allowed to get away with this type of business.. I appreciate any help you can give me. I am 73 years old and don't like to get ripped off..Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back, I should not have to wait for months for this to happen.. Again I DID NOT DISPUTE ANYTHING WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TOLD THEM THIS OVER AND OVER AGAIN, still can't figure out why they keep saying I disputed!

This customer had reported the claim through credit card company and we got notice from Square (the transaction processing agent that we used for the charge) that they have deducted the fund from our account. Originally we had processed the refund check ready for the postman to pick up the mail. But when we received the Square's notice then we had no choice to pull the mail out. We had informed the customer what happened in our end but he just didn't want to listen. Since he had claimed it through his credit card company then he had to go through the necessary processing required by credit card company. It's the standard processing and it's the law that all parties have to follow. We won't dispute the charge back so eventually his credit card company will automatically refund the money to him. We just followed the credit card company's rule and didn't do anything wrong in our end.

Normally we just refund the customer by sending the refund check when customer decides to cancel the order. But this customer chose to file the dispute through his credit card company. It's his decision to do so otherwise he would have received his refund long time ago.

Please ask him to check with his credit card company for the refund.

[Your Answer Here]I have told them before and am telling them again, I DID NOT CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD AT ALL, WHY THEY KEEP TELLING THIS STORY IS A MYSTERY TO ME.. I DID NOT DISPUTE ANYTHING THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY,NEVER CONTACTED THEM AT ALL!!! They wrote me a letter telling me someone had disputed a card and ASSUMED it was me, well it was not me! All I did was call them and ask for a refund, when they told me they took the check out of the mail I could not believe it.. Why they cannot check to see it was not me who disputed a claim is a mystery to me.. Why would I dispute the situation when they said they were sending a check, they keep saying I do not understand the situation!!! Well, I sure don't understand why they keep saying this same thing.. I think there is no chance of getting my money back through these guys, they should not be allowed to get away with this situation!!! How many times do I have to say the same thing, I DID NOT DISPUTE ANYTHING AT ANY TIME!!

I am tired of Apsis usa telling me I disputed the credit card company when I did not. But, I decided tonight to go ahead and contact my credit card company and let them handle the situation. The credit card company Capital One Visa now has two case numbers, one for the $318 and one for the $80, the official dispute started today 11/**/13. I am really frustrated at Apsis, they keep telling me I dispute the decisions, but when I ask Capital One if there was any record of dispute, their answer was there was NO DISPUTE RECORD. So, if they want a Dispute, now they have one! I did not want any trouble with this company, didn't want to make any problems for them but they kept saying something that was not true. If I would have let them go, I would more than likely never gotten my money refunded.. They cannot produce any records of any dispute from me, one email said," we assume the dispute was from you", well you cannot assume something like that, it is crazy to do that without proof.. Thanks for you help, I told Capital One, I would contact Revdex.com and let you know what is happening at this point.. [redacted]

I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, they have accused me of filing a dispute all along, so if that is what they want, I did finally file a dispute.. Thank you for following up on my complaint, this company should have their feet held to the fire for things like this..

Review: I purchased items from business was told 4 to 6 weeks to get in after excuse after excuse 5 months later I asked for a refund , I paid $248.00 as a deposit the owner sent me a check for $80.00 and said the rest is for restocking fees , I would like a full refund since I never received the items why am I only receiving $80.00 of the $248.00 I paid this is fraud on the owners part ,

Review: Never in all my years have I been so ripped off and disrespected by a vendor claiming to represent "quality".

[redacted] from APSIS sold me $6998 SuperDeluxe seats and also supplied/furnished stock C5 seat cores for me for $980, to build my custom seats. All in all, I paid about $9000 including shipping to receive these seats! Like an it, I wrote a check. [redacted] What I received is absolutely disgusting.

Seat problems:

- The stock seats cores supplied by APSIS are in TERRIBLE condition. Dirty, worn out, broken and non-functional.

- The stock seat core's (with tracks) are worn out and filthy dirty - they didn't even bother to clean them up given the $7000 + $980 core charge I paid them!

- BOTH seat backs (passenger and driver) will not lock into place! Both seat backs rock forward, even when in a "locked" position! How am I supposed to drive my car when both seats swing forward when I step on the brake?? How did they not ensure these seats were fully functional before they used them to make their "high-quality" custom seats?? They didn't need a C5 for this, they could have checked all of this without putting them in a car.

- Driver seat controls are all beat up, worn out and dirty. Do they even function since they didn't test them??

- Seat back release handle on the driver seat is dirty, scuffed/scratched and it is stripped. It doesn't even work! I can't operate the lever without it slipping on the shaft. The shaft for the seat back release handle is stripped and the "teeth" on the handle cannot grab the "teeth" on the shaft. It just slips when you pull the handle.

- TERRIBLE leather finishing around the edges of both seats - where they glued the leather to the carbon seat backs/sides. You can see the very ugly jagged cuts in the leather and the glue is showing everywhere. What kind of quality is that? They didn't even add a simple strip to cover all of that up! They didn't even bother to finish the job nicely! Is that quality, worthy of $8000 seats???

- The leather at the bottom of the sides of each seat are badly glued together (bottom front and bottom rear)...there is excess leather just glued together and hanging there. It looks terrible! Terrible craftsmanship!

After some ridiculous responses back and forth, [redacted] finally agreed (in writing) to pay to take the seats back, have me send suitable replacement seat core's and he'd redo the seats...then today I get this amazing response (telling me that he's changed his mind and is not responsible for the broken seats he sold me)!!!

"After further thought I decide not to refund you the broken core seats since we just purchase for you per your request and have paid for it. So this pair of broken seat is yours.

We have to pay for shipping for both ways and if we have to eat the cost of purchasing that pair of broken core then we are upside down.

We just help purchase that pair of core seats for you per your request. So this is your seat. We shouldn't have to eat it. We will send to you or you can sell to somebody and we can drop ship for you. Both of us just have bad luck for this deal. Totally unexpected.

He is responsible for the overall functionality and quality of the seats he sold me!!! How can anyone in their right mind take a position like this???Desired Settlement: I expect [redacted] to pay to return these seats from CA to APSIS in NY. I expect [redacted] to redo the seats with functional, tested, quality stock seat cores (that I will supply/furnish). I expect [redacted] to refund the $980 that he charged me for the original, broken seat core's he purchased and used to make the $8000 seats he sold me. I expect [redacted] to pay to reship the finished/reworked seats back to me.

This is what's right! He's responsible for the basic functionality, safety and quality of the seats he provided - not me!
