Review: I ordered a custom weight belt through this company on 3/29/16 with the understanding that said weight belt would take 2 to 10 weeks to reach me by mail. It is now 7/27/16 and I have not received it yet.

I've made multiple attempts to reach the company and get an update as to the order status and I've never received any updates of any significance regarding my issues. APT withdrew funds from my bank account to the amount of 142.64 in March and I still don't have the product I ordered. My order number through them was [redacted].

I want a refund of the purchase price. I'm at almost 16 weeks with this order and haven't been able to get a solid answer about anything.

Review: I ordered 3 pair Super Heavy APT Weight Lifting Wrist Wraps on May 7th 2016 and I still haven't received the correct order. I was sent 3 pair pair of wrist straps that I didn't order. I contacted Mr. Alan about the straps and he said they were a good faith gift and that his supplier sent him the wrong straps. He also told me he was going to send me some of his 2-ply straps. I received that email back on June 9th 2016 and I still haven't received the straps. I've contacted Mr. Alan about this order and I haven't heard anything from him.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the 2-ply straps he has promised me. If he can't deliver I would like to receive a full refund.

Review: I ordered some lifting straps priced at $16.45 and paid $6.20 to ship them to ATP pro lifting gear on June 14, 2016 that I have never received. I received an email stating my order was completed and sent Priority Mail. It's been 2 weeks and still have not received the purchased items. Their website promises a response within 24 hours. I emailed 3 times and it's now been a week with no response about my order. They receive a ZERO for customer service.

Review: I placed an order on June 30th and as of August 14th I still have not received my product. I have called and left 2 voicemails and as directed by their recording I have also sent 5 emails over the past month. They have not responded to any of them.Desired Settlement: I would just like to get what I ordered so I can move on.

Review: I ordered (1) pair of strangulator wrist wraps on 5/31/2016 paid with a credit card and it was charged to me on 6/5/2016.I have not received the wrist wraps it is 6/29/2016 I have called and left messages sent emails and filled out the

request to be contacted about this order (2) times to no avail I have not been contacted at all by these people to
