I contracted with Sergio to paint my kitchen, which he did for a reasonable price He asked me if I had anything else to paint and I told him I wanted to paint my deck in the spring (this was in March)He wanted to do it then rather than wait as he had time but I was going out of town for awhile We agreed on a price and that he would do it in my absence and I went to *** *** and purchased the paint for him in order to save him some time He was to reimburse me for this paint He started by pressure washing the deck and I gave him the paint when I returnedI also paid him upfront (my mistake) because I was leaving town the next day and he assured me he would finish before I returnedThis did not happen The deck was never painted
