Creve Coeur Racquet Club has been in operation since as a family owned and operated Private Tennis and Swim club The management and ownership take any complaint very seriously The person of record filing this complaint aggressively tried to sell her service to the club and its private membership Our management had great concerns about her aggressiveness.Our club has limited physical facilities for its already given business and was in no way interested in promoting our members go off property for a service that had never been requested of us in yearsWe respectfully, by email (copy attached), informed the seller we did not feel we were a good fit for her programs Given we have communicated personally for years with many of our members, we believe we have their best interest in our decisions.We respectfully request this compalint be eliminated from our business record with the Revdex.com given our long history service and professional business practices.Sincerely, [redacted] ***Owner
