In April I agreed to pay $to a computer company to fix my computer Which they did $was sent to Aptus Business Service online A few days later they called and said the check didn't through to the bank Another check was sent When I got my bank statement in May both checks were on it I called and was told I would get a refund I have never received a refund I have talked to serveral people and was told that my bank didn't respond I don't believe they ever tried to put it through to the bank Both my checks went through without a problem Phone calls are not answeredI leave messages and are never called back If I get to talk to someone, they say they will checked it out but they never call me back My bank has told me that I only have days to file a dispute and it's been too long They did give me copies of my returned checks I just want my moneyThe computer company won't help meComputer company is *** ***/*** ***Phone number **
