to be mailed to the customer called the customer today 11-**-customer was all confused and I am confident that the customer is talking about a different purchase at all kindly please reply if all is satisfactory

hi thank for bringing I to our attention item was returned incomplete missing parts as a courtesy customer satisfaction we have adjusted the refund and issues additional hopefully this wll resolve the matter
