Purchaespd a cell phone from Apw Holdings d/b/a Tech Showcase at JFK Airport Terminal 5. I was traveling from NY to LAX. After arriving at LAX the phone would not work. I couldn't make calks and I couldn't read text messages. I contacted the store, but the person I spoke to said they didn't know anything and I'd have to call back later to speak with a manager. I called later and no one answered the phone. After several failed attempts to contact the store, I called their customer service # and spoke with a manager. She said she is unable to diagnose the problem and would submit a report. She even gave me a report #. But no one has called or emailed me to resolve the problem. That was 2 weeks ago. My advice? DON'T SHOP AT TECH SHOWCASE . Period.
