[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: for starters, you stated it was badly cracked: it had one crack just under the camera resulting in the left side of the screen going white, other than that I was using it with out issuesFUN FACTS: I was able to inquire with [redacted] about my last icloud back up and such and Surprise, My last back up was on the day it was cracked but it didn't go through, so the day after the cracked screen [redacted] could see that I tried again and was successful, oh by the way I also changed my password to [redacted] and [redacted] always sends emails as receiptSo it was fully working after the cracked screen, THANKS ***..anyway2nd lie you stated I came in the next day, but according to my receipts from your store, your website and sign on your store, you are not open on Sundaysso I came in on that Monday because you screwed my [redacted] on that Saturday remember...and you said come back in even though you closed in minutes you would let me back in so you can work on it should anything arise, any when I came back because the screen fell off (not even minutes) the lights were off and you were goneI want to point out that you never acknowledged that you didnt properly glue my screen on resulting in it falling on my lap which is why you even got to try that 2nd and 3rd screen, and where are the screws to my ***? and what are those cut wires? if you only touched the screenMost importantly, in your own words if you felt you were innocent, why offer me your childs (son) ***? admission of guiltwhats sad in all of this is you still wont apologize, not even in your letter to Revdex.comP.Sthe $ [redacted] you are refering to is a 8-gig touch [redacted] and its eBay of course its the cheapest price, but I did research my self and my 32gig 4th generation [redacted] touch you destroyed goes for $200- or more [redacted] ***, amazon etc, and also why would I be happy about accepting a refurbished [redacted] gig, when you destroyed my gig? you said thats all I can give you take it or leave it, and I have other things to do then to deal with this, which lead to me seeking legal advice and cursing you out while I snatched itBottom line, I want $and a apology, see you around Regards, [redacted]

I want to point out that you never acknowledged that you didnt properly glue my screen on resulting in it falling on my lap which is why you even got to try that 2nd and 3rd screen, and where are the screws to my [redacted]? and what are those cut wires? if you only touched the screen. Most importantly, in your own words if you felt you were innocent, why offer me your childs (son) [redacted]? admission of guilt. whats sad in all of this is you still wont apologize, not even in your letter to Revdex.com. P.S. the $80 [redacted] you are refering to is a 8-16 gig touch [redacted] and its eBay of course its the cheapest price, but I did research my self and my 32gig 4th generation [redacted] touch you destroyed goes for $200- or more [redacted], amazon etc, and also why would I be happy about accepting a refurbished [redacted] 16 gig, when you destroyed my 32 gig? you said thats all I can give you take it or leave it, and I have other things to do then to deal with this, which lead to me seeking legal advice and cursing you out while I snatched it. I'm [redacted], owner of AQ Wireless. In response to a complaint filed on 6/9/2015. Here was what happened: a customer came in to get her [redacted] touch 4th generation 32g cracked screen repair. I told her the cost to repair it is $40 dollars. When I first received the [redacted], the screen was so badly cracked that i can't see anything on the screen. The display on the screen just turn white so i can't really tell if the [redacted] is working properly.  So in order for me to install the lcd screen in the [redacted], I need to make sure if the [redacted] work first. Therefore I take the old screen out and put the new screen in to test to see if it works. The first screen I have put in did not showing anything on the screen so I think the new screen may be defective so I take the first screen out and try our second and then third screen as well but none of them work.  I notified customer the issue and she told me she hasn't charge the [redacted] for while now so the battery may be dead. So I told her that i will put a new screen in your [redacted] and tell her to go home and charge to see it works and if it doesn't work then just bring it back so I can check it again.  The next day she came back, saying it wont charge so I took apart the [redacted] and pretty much check her charging port, battery, lcd, of which all of them do not seem to have any damages. so I think the problem could the the hardware (motherboard), something that I do not repair on.  I told customer that hardware could the issue so I may need to send it out for repair at no charge for her but she dont want to do that and then she claimed that i broke her [redacted] and want me to apologize her.  I told her what I did was just took out the old screen and test it with the new screen.I have more than 3 years experienced repairing mobile phones and tablets so I know what im doing. I told her if she needs it fixed, I would need to send it out for for hardware repair but it may take up to a week because the hardware repair store is in California but she couldnt wait. So i check that I have a spare [redacted] touch 4th generatopm 16g from my kid that everything work, screen is not cracked so im wiling to give it to her along with the $40 dollars she gave me and her own [redacted] just to get it over with because I have many other things to do. I even told her if she needs a 32g [redacted] I could order from ebay for her but she decline it. She told me she would take my [redacted]  touch 16g, her [redacted] and $40. I thought everything is over with but she filed a complaint on me and wants me to pay her the $200 dollars different which is unacceptable because this is an older version of [redacted] touch, even if I buy a good condition [redacted] touch 32g [redacted] right now, its only $80 dollars. In then end, my offers for her is still stand if she her [redacted] fix or I can buy her another [redacted].
